10 Reason Why Being Angry is Not Entirely Your Faults
“Getting angry is normal and natural. What you choose to do in such situation is what matters and makes all the difference.”
I used to be so proud of myself for never getting angry. I pride myself to be one of those people who are really patient and mature. A happy-go-lucky person that everybody just love.
Little did I know, I wasn’t helping myself at all.
It’s because I was suppressing myself and lying to myself, hiding all of those anger and/or negative emotions down the road.
Let’s just say things doesn’t look so pretty when I’m finally tired of hiding and repressing.
It was all exploding in different kinds of negative situations, to the point of humiliating myself in public areas.
I was so upset and holds a lot of disappointment towards the world, and as a result, I exploded. I lashed out so much anger in myself that was previously hidden.
Now that I think about it, it wasn’t all that bad. Being able to express our true emotions is healthy and it relieved us. This then brings inner peace that we long for.
However, I do remember how awful it felt back then.
How angry I was for every little thing that goes wrong in my life.
